The first project to come out of M/s 3 Graces is LAISPARBAH FARM - An Experiential Farm - that aims at encompassing the elements of nature and giving back to Mother Earth, by being mindful of creating a space or environment that will teach people to respect Mother Nature, in all the activities that one undertakes in their everyday life. The project is also in keeping with the hard work and commitment put in by (L) Referen Diengdoh, father of Vanessa Mary Pyngrope, Maybeline Rose Pyngrope and Janessaline Mary Pyngrope, an Army Officer, who, post retirement, dedicated his life into giving back to Mother Nature, by establishing a 100% Organic Farm, in which he grew local vegetables, promoted plantation of Indigenous fruit and ornamental trees, harnessed and brought about the Vermicompost Revolution, and had livestock.

The farm is in fond memory of their beloved Father, who was always proud of his daughters and was the friend that every girl would want their Father to be!
