Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Hands on Involvement in creating and management of 3 Graces Spa and Sauna. Day-to-day reporting of Construction works and timelines for completion of specific activities.
- Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favourable contracts for spa products and equipment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling, and appointments with efficiency
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups are executed
• Handle confidential communications and sensitive information
• Assist in planning and execution of business strategies and projects
• Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
• Track key deliverables and ensure timelines are met across verticals
• Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft emails, proposals, and professional correspondence
• Coordinate with partners, clients, and vendors as required
• Support end-to-end execution of events, campaigns, or business initiatives
• Maintain project trackers and ensure smooth workflow across teams
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions
• Assist with travel planning, logistics, and itineraries
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to optimize the Management's time
• Provide flexible support based on evolving prioritisation with discretion
• Assist in managing and coordinating social media communication, content flow, and digital engagement initiatives
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Hospitality, with 3-5 years work experience in the allied fields
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Adept in English, Khasi and/or Hindi language; any other known languages is a bonus
• Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing tools & technique
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates applying from outside the designated work location should be willing and able to independently manage their accommodation and relocation arrangements, as the organisation does not provide housing support

Oversee the daily operations of all sports and recreational facilities, including TT, Snooker, Padel, Badminton, Basketball, and Swimming Pool area.
Ensure facilities are safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
Coordinate sports activities, tournaments, coaching sessions, and recreational programs.
Manage bookings, schedules, equipment inventory, and facility usage.
Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Engage with members and guests to deliver an excellent recreational experience.
Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams for smooth operations.
Prepare basic reports on facility usage, events, and operational requirements.
Preferred Profile
Passionate about sports, fitness, and recreation.
Strong organisational and people-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple facilities and activities simultaneously.
Experience in sports facility management, recreation management, hospitality, or a related field will be an advantage.
